The course Market-driven Systems (Swedish: Marknadsstyrda system) will present the role and value of control in modern production companies. Modern production companies interact with the market in many ways, some examples are international standards, industrial trends, fluctuations in demands, and variations in raw-material prices.

- 2016-08-22: Omtentamen den 24/8 är inställd (inga anmälningar).
- 2016-06-16: The solutions to the exam is available here. The results will be entered into LADOK in the beginning of next week.

Course material
The course material consists of reading material for each lecture, exercises and solutions, laboratory manuals and project information. The reading material is a set of articles and chapters from various books. The course material is collected in a binder which is provided by the department free of cost.
The course material is also available for download via this link. Parts of the material is password-protected.
Laboratory sessions
The two laboratory sessions are mandatory. Booking lists are posted on this webpage approximately 10 days prior to the start of the laboratory session. The laboratory manuals contain home assignments that should be completed before the start of the laboratory session.
Projects
As part of the course, the students should perform a project. The project will be done in groups of 4-6 students. Each group will work on a different project, each having an industrial relevance. At the end of the course the groups will present their work for each other.

Examination
The exam is given Tuesday 2016-06-02 at 14:00-19:00 in Sparta A, Sparta C. A second occation is given in August (registration necessary). No course material is allowed during the examination.
